Pork consumption total since Tuesday night:
-Barbecue ribs, three times
-Pig ear sandwich
-Smoked bologna sandwich with slaw
-Pulled pork sandwich
-Country ham for breakfast
Fortunately for my health we are moving out of pork country.

I'm trying to figure out what time of day you posted this. If it was friday night that means you would have had the potential for 10 meals since tuesday night. This only ads up to 7 potential meals (some items may have overlapped).

All of that sounds really delicious...except for the smoked balogna. That sounds kinda weird. Also, I'm glad you linked to Eli's competing blog.
